- Target: WoW Forever beta (interface 16001), Midnight-era retail API.

- Prefer the reference files in docs/ over memory. For each API call, say where

|
it came from. If you can't point to a source, add `-- UNVERIFIED` and tell me.

- Never sell, delete, send or use items without a preview/confirm step.
|
|
Skip equipped items and anything not explicitly listed.

- Don't edit files outside this project. Ask before running terminal commands.

|
- Read NOTES.md first. Keep files small and single-purpose.
|

- Known gotchas: (add a line each time it gets something wrong)

- Before using any API function, search docs/blizzard-api for its name, copy the signature from there, and mark it `-- UNVERIFIED` if it isn't found.
|
|
- Don't write code in your reasoning; reason briefly, then use the
|
|
edit tool on SessionGoldTracker.lua.
|
|
- Reuse APIs already marked VERIFIED in STATUS.md and grep docs/ once for any new one, citing file and line. Update STATUS.md when done, then stop.
